Slider Buns Method

Turn your Crafty Keto white or seedy bread-mix into Pull-Apart Sliders

Please note: This recipe can be made dairy free, and has no eggs.

To turn your Crafty Keto White bread-mix (LARGE size) into a tray of 16 pull-apart sliders (small buns), all you need to do is make these adjustments:

1. Warm up 1¼ cups (approx. 280ml) unsweetened almond or coconut milk.

2. Add 60gm melted butter (or 60ml oil for a dairy free option) to the milk.

3. In a large bowl, or in your mixer bowl, mix yeast sachet in with the dry ingredients and mix together.

4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well with a spoon before using your hand, (or using dough hook knead in your mixer until well combined), kneading for a few minutes. It might be sticky to start with but it will come together once the gluten has started binding. If using a mixer let your dough rest for a few minutes then knead again about 5 minutes.

5. On a baking sheet or parchment paper shape dough into a log and cut evenly into 16 small pieces. (Mark out half, then half again, etc, until you have 16).

6. Roll into balls and place in rows in a square baking pan so they are almost touching. (When they rise they will be touching).

7. Leave to rise for about 45min - 1 hour.

8. If desired brush with butter.

9. Bake at 170°c for about 40 minutes.

To turn your Crafty Keto Seedy bread-mix (REGULAR size) into a tray of 16 pull-apart sliders (small buns), follow the same instructions above but reduce almond/coconut milk to 260ml, and butter to 40gm.
