  • What are the courier options? Will my order survive the journey?
NZ wide overnight courier is available through Post Haste, with your order bagged and packaged appropriately for the journey. Please read Shipping Information before placing your order. 
As the weather will be warmer over summer the Protein balls may not arrive in perfect condition, but they are chill packed so I am happy to still courier these (at your own risk).
However if the goods are damaged, lost or delayed, I cannot be responsible but will work with you and the courier to try to achieve the best outcome for everyone.

   

  • What ingredients do you use? How many carbs are in ..?
  • Does your food contain sugar?
Under the description for each product there is a full list of ingredients and the nutritional information per serving. 
All Crafty Keto food is low carb, keto friendly, suitable for diabetics, there is no added sugar (apart from a tiny bit of raw sugar used to feed the yeast in some of the bread - the yeast eats the carbs so there are no extra carbs in the bread from that sugar - it doesn't count!).

  • I'm allergic to certain foods, which of your products can I eat?

If there are no options suitable for you please get in touch with me to discuss your dietary requirements, and I’ll do my best to make you some bread that suits your needs. 

  • How long does the bread last? Can it be frozen? 

Once you've baked them, Crafty Keto bread will last for about 5 days if kept in an airtight container in the pantry (cool and dark place) and should not go mouldy before then. It can be frozen for up to 3 months, and still feel fresh when thawed out. 

The Protein balls will last around 4-5 weeks in the fridge. 

 

  • What is Ketosis?
Ketosis is a metabolic process, something your body does when it doesn't have enough carbohydrates for for energy, so it burns fat instead. As part of this process it makes ketones. When your body produces ketones you are in ketosis.
